Technical Support and Service is available weekdays from 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM U.S. Eastern Time Zone (with the exception of U.S. holidays). Additionally, we offer emergency Technical Support on a 24/7 basis including holidays and weekends (subject to after-hours rates where applicable).
